Fine but not 100 comfortable...
Liked: Quick check-in and check-out, breakfast was decent
Disliked: The AC was annoyingly loud and placed right next to the bed. Seemed outdated and didn’t allow us to rest properly. Also, the curtains were unable to close, letting all the sunlight enter the room

Passable
Liked: Room
Disliked: Reception. A young guy (who was smoking outside the structure) welcome me in the evening in a terrible way: he was unfriendly, impolite and unpleasant. That was not the right way to welcome a guest. The manager/staff should start disciplinary action on him.

Decent hotel. Not great service.
Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was convenient. The room was clean.
Disliked: The staff was surly. I got the feeling I was inconveniencing one lady by being a customer. My young daughter had an accident in the bed. I stripped the bed and went to the front desk to ask for clean sheets. The lady there acted like I was bothering her. She said housekeeping dust get in until 9. I said that was fine. No rush. I was being nice, apologetic about the accident, and understanding of time constraints. She told me to put the bedding in the bag and place it outside the room. I was confused because I didn't see a bag. She acted like I was stupid. The same lady was there when I checked out. Again, she was rude and surly. Like my being there annoyed her. I'm not sure if it was because I was a customer or specifically a white customer. I couldn't help but get that impression. If a person doesn't like working with the public, he or she shouldn't be in the hospitality industry The pool also caused skin irritation for my kids. I think the chemicals were imbalanced.
