Disliked: When we got there they didn't have our reservation and they was full so we had to go to another hotel. I hope we got the refund for the room that was charged to a card.

Liked: The hotel has a checking start time at 3pm. At 3.10 the system was not ready yet. They gave me the keys for room 107 I opened the door and it was a refrigerator close to the door opened and water in the floor everywhere. They gave me another room 305.The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. The TV was not working. The tbeds had only sheets no comforter. Then when we left the next day. They called me asking me that they are missing comforter!

Liked: Sue was super sweet and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Waffles, eggs, potatoes,toast, bagels and cream cheese, Danish, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, banana and apples.
Disliked: The night we arrived we had a Cher at the front desk, she seemed chipper and helpful at first. Once we got to our rooms we were on our own. The TV didn't work and we had tried to call down to the front desk numerous times to no answer. and we killed 3 roaches within 10 minutes. Someone tried to enter our joined room which freaked out the kids.

Ok visit but rude night...

Disliked: Tulsa is so full of homeless people and they have no respect
