It was ok, but I...

Liked: Staff was friendly most times.
Disliked: Key did not work and had to be swiped several times or staff had to let us in. Toilet seat was loose, shower pressure was not good.

Not pleased at all.

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: The hot tub didn’t work properly and smelled bad and the pool was nasty too. Our refrigerator didn’t shut and we seen a cockroach in the room. The breakfast was just okay. Overall not a good stay and won’t go back.

Liked: Could use more options for breakfast, but the "Sausage" gray was truly awful.
Disliked: Ceiling leaked in the room, soaked the carpet, and came down in chunks. We might as well have stayed in a $25 a night dump.

Liked: The rooms were clean
Disliked: Laughably awful experience. After checking in, I called about the TV not working and was told “The maintenance guy said it wasn’t working earlier. You booked the last room.” When I asked why I wasn’t informed at check in, the lady at the front desk said she “forgot.” I then went downstairs to use the spa. The knob to turn it on was missing. I again approached the front desk lady and she said “I knew the knob was missing but I didn’t know it wasn’t working.” -I saw multiple people take turns sitting in the hot water. A hotel full of people had been taking turns sharing uncirculated water for who knows how long.

Enjoyed our stay

Liked: Liked the location. Convenient to travel to and from our daily destination. Restaurants near by. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good for the most part.Great value for the price.
Disliked: Only meat offered at breakfast was hamburger patties on a couple of the days. Would prefer more fruit than just apples. Always had eggs, waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereal etc.TV had to be "reset" to work. Had to have the key cards for the rooms redone twice.

Liked: Easy to get to. Close to area we were visiting. Close to restaurants Glad had couch in room. Last stay was no couch just empty space where it was supposed to be to be.

Nasty unhealthy experience

Liked: The manager was sweet. But the property was in a rough part of tulsa. We were involved in a high speed chase, there were drug deals in the vacant hotel that was across the parking lot, it was dirty, smelt bad, black mold thick in our room
Disliked: First of all our room had thick black mold we discovered on the next to the last day, it was dirty, the sheets had crumbs, comforter had stains, door did not lock, we ask for a lightbulb for the bathroom 3 times and never got it, drug deal in the vacant hotel across the parking lot, doors took forever to open, never fresh coffee, breakfast was sparse , the hot tub was green and cloudy, swimming pool cloudy and zero chlorine smell, linens were not fresh, bathtub dirty. Overall disgusting and not safe
