Liked: The bathtub was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I saw hairs in the tub and stained with dirt.

Disliked: The front desk staff was completely unprofessional. Girl working over night at the front desk was extremely rude and decided to cancel my reservation because I asked not to be double charged for my room. Even after I explained, that I had traveled a long ways to stay there with my 2 small children and just needed my reservation to be honored!
