Disliked: The room was not clean... there was hairs in the bathroom, the room could of used a better cleaning... if we were there for more then just a night I would of complained

Liked: I liked the light and bright hallways. The breakfast area was nice and clean.
Disliked: It seemed to be showing a little worn in some places like the pool area. The pool floor in the wading area had green on the pool floor. The water feature was out of order. The overall pool area could use some updating.The bathroom floor in our room had something on it that felt sticky.

Liked: Hotel was clean
Disliked: Will the hotel gave our roam away, i did not get the extra pillows that I asked for, the front receptionist had a look on her face like she'd rather be doing anything but talking to us., she didn't even note that she gave her room away and sent us up to a room that was occupied. And when her key didn't work, she didn't check out anything else.She just send us up with another key that didn't work. The person that was in the room was very upset that we were trying different keys to his room and woke him up. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and very hard. The receptionist, as I said, had a look on her face that she'd rather be doing anything but talking to us. She was very short. And seemed irritated that we were even there, she said all the right things like have a good night. Hello, can I help you?But the tone that she took was extremely rude.

Liked: Great place and great price. Just took FOREVER to check in. Lady in front of us wasn't understanding and would not step aside for us to checkin in. Waited 20 minutes for her to finally pay for her rooms.
Disliked: Staff was not very friendly
