Rooms are not maintained well,...

Disliked: We had to change room for 4 times. The young front desk person who started work since August didn’t know the room layout, told me didn’t go to see the rooms. She could not control the very loud music next door to ours. We booked for 3 nights so decided to move to another room. Second room we moved, heater didn’t work nor the lamp. So the 3rd room-she gave us one bed when we paid for 2 beds. Finally 4th room seemed ok but no control over heater-too hot n too cold. We gave up. They showed one price for booking. Com but when arrived charged 3 different prices for each night for the same room.The female day manager was so
