Disappointed
Liked: Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Disliked: Had to change rooms because smoke detector was beeping (the beep when batteries need changing). Loud clacking noise..turned out to be the pipes(?) when toilet flushed upstairs. Breakfast was very poor. I came at 7 and hot food was not replenished and no one there. Disappointing for price paid.

Liked: The. Outside property was clean
Disliked: The room sofa was filthy, the bathroom was dirty. We had to put a towel inside of the tub to stand on to take a shower. The bathroom door had a hole in it. The bathroom floor was filthy.

A Nice Stay
Liked: This hotel was a very good value for the price paid. The room was spacious. The pool was available. A workout room was available for use as well. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water were available in the lobby.This hotel went above and beyond decorating for the holidays throughout the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel shows signs of the decline in hotel stays. One of the two rooms rented was not as clean as expected but staff promptly rectified the situation. Although the second room was acceptable, the door to the bathroom appeared to be in need of repair, if just cosmetically. Additionally, there were lights out or missing in at least one of the rooms and it was not immediately apparent if this was negligence or a cost saving initiative..
