A Nice Stay

Liked: This hotel was a very good value for the price paid. The room was spacious. The pool was available. A workout room was available for use as well. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water were available in the lobby.This hotel went above and beyond decorating for the holidays throughout the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel shows signs of the decline in hotel stays. One of the two rooms rented was not as clean as expected but staff promptly rectified the situation. Although the second room was acceptable, the door to the bathroom appeared to be in need of repair, if just cosmetically. Additionally, there were lights out or missing in at least one of the rooms and it was not immediately apparent if this was negligence or a cost saving initiative..

Shambles

Liked: Nothing other than the staff..
Disliked: This hotel is in shambles and you should be embarrassed to see the room I received Fireplace didn't work, phone didn't work, curtain off rod, no dishes/glasses/cutlery in kitchenette, bathroom door looked like an animal was trapped inside and tried to claw it’s way out, real coffee in the lobby would be nice. We will not use again.

Liked: Lots of space in room but they don't utilize it here. This could be a better hotel if they tried
Disliked: Staff wasn't friendly and charged me a early check in fee

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious! Unbelievable price and we couldn’t be happier!

The worst hotel experience of...

Disliked: We checked in at 10:30 PM Thanksgiving night after driving 5+ hours with our two young children. The desk attendant was super young and unprofessional. When we were given our room we went up to it and could barely walk in because it smelled so bad, like trash or a dead animal. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room, and then staff member said there was only a king room and we couldn’t book it because we had 4 people. He said the best he could do was go spray the room with air freshener. We asked for a refund so we could find a new hotel and he said he was unable to give us one. We asked to speak to a manager and were told the manager wouldn’t be available until the following morning. We left, with a 2 and 4 year old, reloaded back up the car, and had to find a new hotel. We left a message for the manager to call us in the morning, she never did, and when we went back to the hotel to get our refund she was incredibly rude and said it would be several days before we hear back about a possible refund. No apology, zero professionalism. We still have not received a refund for our booking though we didn’t stay at the hotel, were given a terrible room, and weren’t offered another one. So far Booking.com has not offered us any refund as well, and the corporate office of Comfort Inn has told us because we booked through a third party they cannot offer us a refund.

Bad

Liked: The sheets we’re disgusting I had to check out
Disliked: The entire place was digesting

Liked: Breakfast was good.. good price
Disliked: Had some gnats..doors look like someone tried to pry it open
