Very good place to stay!

Liked: Everything at the hotel was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. Our only complaint was the person who checked us in. She was not welcoming at all. She never smiled. She did what she had to do, and that was it. The woman who checked us out was very pleasant, and so was the lady who worked breakfast.

While there were a few positives, there were also significant issues that need to be addressed, as they raise serious concerns about cleanliness and security.What I liked about the stay:The location was very convenient, with food places nearby, which made it easy to find dining options.
Disliked: What I didn’t like and found concerning:Cleanliness: When we opened the couch bed in our room, we discovered a bottle of alcohol on the floor in plain sight. This indicates the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. If the cleaning had been thorough, this would never have been overlooked. Considering I was traveling with small children, this was highly concerning. Children, especially young ones, are naturally curious, and the presence of an unknown bottle could have led to a dangerous situation. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and warrants accountability.Security Breach: During our stay, my mother-in-law and her husband visited. Without my knowledge or consent, they were given a key to our room simply by providing my nickname and last name. The front desk staff did not notify or confirm with me before issuing the key. Thankfully, it was family, but this situation could have gone disastrously wrong under different circumstances.What if I had been staying at the hotel for safety reasons, trying to escape a domestic violence situation or an abuser?What if someone had ill intentions?The lack of protocol and disregard for guest security is deeply disturbing. A hotel should be a safe space for guests, and such a blatant security lapse cannot be overlooked.Noise Complaint Miscommunication: Late at night (around 9 or 10 PM), we received a call saying our kids were being too loud. However, my children were already asleep at the time, and we also heard the noises. We ignored it, understanding the nature of staying in a hotel, but it felt inappropriate given the circumstances.
