Liked: airport transportation; front desk efficciency and friendliness

Ugh

Disliked: Tv remote didn’t work and took two visits by staff to fix. Bottom drawer wouldn’t stay shut so I slammed my foot into it when waking to bathroom at night

Fair price but not quality...

Liked: The location was great with easy access to IAH. The beds were very comfortable
Disliked: The bathroom door was warped or something and would not close without a lot of pressure and squeaking noise from rubbing on the floor. There was NO hot water in the shower. The tub had hot water but not the shower.

Disliked: Last time we stayed, had to change room at 2300 because No hot water.This time the toilet didn’t flush, had to change room again at 2200 hours.One staff did everything. Waited about an hour to get new room. No help was offered.No more staying in this hotel.
