Disliked: They had sign everywhere though someone wants to steal towels those were not worth stealing

Disliked: Shuttle to the hotel was frustrating. The front desk clerk was not helpful in finding the shuttle. The email the hotel sent before our stay saying where to meet the shuttle was incorrect. It took forever to get bedding for the pullout couch.We couldn't shower because the water wasn't hot.The room itself was very shabby. Previous repairs of the walls remained unpainted. I would not stay here again.

Disliked: We had to unplug the much needed fridge because the fan kept us up, it was so loud. The TV remote didn’t work, the bathroom fan sounded like an airplane. Worst was there was only one bath towel, that we didn’t notice until it was needed. When talking to staff, one member handed it to another to handed it to another to try to resolve, leaving us very frustrated. The COMFORT INN was not comfortable at all. There seemed to be no attention to detail. They mentioned 10% discount but that isn’t sufficient to the inconvenience caused.

Disliked: The front desk staff was not very hospitable. They appeared to be bored and not interested in us, not even smiling. When a question was asked their response was in a mumble to the point of asking them to repeat.

Superb

Liked: Solid experience. The room was clean and spacious, which I really appreciated after a long day, ramen machine was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, and coffee, so I was good to go. Plus, being close to the airport with a free shuttle made everything way easier. Definitely a reliable spot for the price!
Disliked: Hall way had a bit of a funky smell going on.
