Liked: The pool was a nice addition for the kids to enjoy after traveling.
Disliked: We stayed 7 nights and not once did housekeeping come. They left a note saying they'd wouldn't be coming on Thanksgiving but never came after. We had to leave trash in the hall and go downstairs to ask for things when needed. Also had multiple families check in around us that were overly noisey until almost midnight, bouncing balls off the walls, running back and forth between rooms slamming doors at 11pm. Front desk said she was all by herself and seemed like she didn't care.

In an emergency this place...

Liked: Nothing. This was supposed to be the best Hotel in Burlington!!
Disliked: The room we were given was filthy. Dirt. The bed sheets had not been cleaned. The imprint of person laying in the sheets was still there along with hair everywhere. The lady at front desk did give us a different room...the sheets seemed clean but hair again everywhere. I stepped out of room for maybe a few minutes came back to man in the room saying he was fixing a broke toilet, We did not have a broke toilet and he scrambled out of the room. Nothing was taken that we could tell but it was a very scary feeling. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything. Breakfast buffet very old food. Scrambled eggs/ Egg omelets were rubber like they had been reheated. Sausage sat in grease everyday. Fruit was old, We couldn't find a luggage cart anywhere when we went to check out. We searched three floors for one and even called the front desk asking for one. No help at all...they had no idea where they would be. We were there for Thanksgiving with family and had traveled close to 400 miles. Someone is making a lot of money for nothing so I won't give them mine again.

Liked: We loved the location and included breakfast. The pool area was surprisingly large with plenty of room for the kids to play.
Disliked: There could have been more lighting in the sleeping room, but the lights in the bathroom were quite bright.
