Nice but dirty

Disliked: When we arrived we were asked if we had a pet and we replied no. They then told us that they were a pet friendly location. That evening my wife found a flee and killed it and the next day she found even more in the room. We advised the front desk as we were leaving but didn’t feel like anything was going to be done about it.

It was a memorable weekend.

Disliked: No hot water the first night, the following morning we let front desk know she asked that I check if another room had hot water instead of staff doing it themselves. We moved rooms, the second night the key to the room was not working the whole day or night to the following morning. we chose to leave a night early due to poor management and having to ask front desk to open the door about 4x for us to enter our room! It felt like asking for permission each time. Front desk was not helpful at all or had good customer service I believe her name was Victoria or Natalie she is short with dark hair and glasses I believe.
