Disliked: That we check in on Thursday and room didn't get clean and trash was not empty the whole time we were there and had to ask for towels on Friday and we were there to Sunday but we were charge for cleaning I feel like my money should be refunded for the cleaning fee

Liked: Not much at all. This was my first time staying at this property, and it didn’t not meet the standard of other hotels I’ve stayed in the area.
Disliked: The elevator was broken, and I wasn’t told until AFTER she had me sign the agreement. Then I was told that I was on the 4th floor. I immediately expressed my frustration as it was very late at night and there was lots of luggage to unload. She offered to give us a water for the “hike” up the stairs and for our inconvenience. It was almost like a slap in the face. A discount would’ve been better for the major inconvenience. My pregnant daughter was with me, and she felt terrible after climbing all those stairs. After asking if it would be fixed the next day, I was told “maybe, that’s if the guy decides to show up.” I was appalled!! Then there was a leaking ceiling near my room. The carpet was not flat to the ground which made wheeling luggage impossible. Lastly, the room was not cleaned up to standards. There was no blanket in the bed…just a sheet and a duvet cover with no duvet insert. The air was obviously broken because we had the air turned up to 78 but the room temp would never rise to over 71 degrees. My daughter had to get up at 3:30 AM to ask them for some sort of thicker blanket. This was not a pleasant experience at all. I will never stay here again.
