Passable

Disliked: Very dirty! Beds very broke down, hard. Missing top sheet in one of the beds. Very noisy. Horrible view of back parking lot. Dark and dreary, main highway, dining area staff very rude. It would be nice if the hotel would enforce common courtesy, like quiet hours in a Christmas morning.

I feel cheeted by booking.com...

Liked: The Hotel was great, but Booking.com messed up and we lost 320 USD and had to pay the hotel again.
Disliked: We missed the flight and checked in at 8AM. i called the hotel 11PM before and told them we will not make it before early morning. When we arrived they said as Booking.com has not paid them they had to cancel our 2 day reservation. This means we lost the 2 day prepayment of 320 USD. The hotel told us we have to book a new room and pay it as our room was cancelled ss they have not got paid by booking.com. So watch out with booking.com. I am still waiting for a refund. No answer yet!!
