Liked: The hotel itself was fine but our luggage got locked in our room because the room lock was broken. The staff not only did not help but were rude to us. They had to call maintenance but wouldn’t even do it right away. We had urgent appointments so had to leave and drive back for our luggage. No apologies were ever offered.

Liked: Breakfast was good and i didnt mind the location.
Disliked: Staff wasnt friendly and i got charged more on my 2nd room and they were same size and booked at the same time. I called and the guy was was rude about it.

Needs few updates

Liked: Location was great it was clean hot tub worked fine.
Disliked: Needs a new mattress one side of the mattress was good the other big indent in it and the TV wouldn't work right we even tried getting new batteries everything else was great.

Liked: Welcoming lobby, halls clean and in good order. Room was excellent- appreciated the frig and microwave.All the lights worked, water in shower was hot and water pressure good.Overall an A+ stay!

Liked: Everything was very clean, staff was fantastic. Breakfast was a great value and wide variety, everything from eggs, sausage & potatoes to cereal and yogurt.
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I'm sure it was a nice mattress when new but ours was completely broken down. Neither my husband or I got good rest.
