Beautiful hotel; great view; clean and comfortable.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable; hospitality was wonderful (front desk and Continental Breakfast).
Disliked: Early a.m. - diesel fumes came into room. Had to turn A/C off.

Our bathroom had disgusting mold in the shower; there was no toilet paper holder; VERY slippery bathtub. They didn't clean the room. The free breakfast was disgusting. Both mornings they served the same thing - something that resembled a "fried" egg. Overall wouldn't recommend.

Liked: Everything but the shower
Disliked: The shower was broken and Noone did anything about it when I complained. And had to re use towels after I asked and the person at the main desk was rude to my kids. They left the room key in pool area and the attendant wouldn't retrieve ot so my older 2 kids had to k ock on room door and woke up my toddler. I use this hotel often and never had these problems

Disliked: 1) friend of ours in another room found candy covered in ants 2) another friend daughter found a bed bug crawling on her 3) ceiling in the lobby was leaking in 4 or 5 places.. one of which was pretty much out of a light fixture

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodated us during the winter storm.
Disliked: Unfortunately under the pull out bed was pretty dirty, we asked for a broom so we could clean it up before the kids laid on it.
