Don’t rely on courtesy vehicle...

Liked: The onsite restaurant was nice, nothing special but filling. Happy hour was a nice change also
Disliked: We booked the courtesy vehicle to take us to our bus (8mins away from hotel) for our departure to catch our flight 2 hours away. We booked the courtesy vehicle 2 days in advance as it was early, 7am, although was 2 hours after the commencement time the vehicle is available. We waited and waited for the driver to come to work but he did not turn up. We ended up getting an uber to the bus stop only to see the bus driving off in the distance. Bus tickets had already been purchased (non refundable) the next bus would not get us to airport in time for our flight. Ended us paying an uber (2hours) to the airport, NOT HAPPY!!! The girl on reception had been pretty helpful, although on the morning of departure she was not concerned we would miss our bus to the airport, kept telling me the driver would be here.

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: The location is excellent; walking distance to most things in Bethlehem. The free breakfast was better than one usually gets; hot and cold stuff every day.
Disliked: Maintenance is behind where it should be. Torn carpets (not to the extent of a safety hazard), loose faucets, etc. Minor annoyances, nothing major.
