Disliked: No electricity from 1:30am until 5:30am. Disability accessible room on upper level. No elevator functional during time power was out.

Disliked: Went somewhere else for breakfast. Coffee was very bad and food didn’t look good. Was sorry not to see a lounge for evening drinks

Liked: General cleanliness of the facility and room- bed, bathroom were clean.
Disliked: #1. On day 3 of 4 day stay, the small, coffee machine, broke down and out of regular coffee for over 2 days. Manager was notified but did not make arrangements to bring in a coffeepot! This machine provided terruble coffee the 1st 2 days ...it equated to a coffee vending machine.2. The staff came out of backroom with eggs that we're cooked in a cheap, plastic bowl and had saran wrap over them. This is a huge carcinogen. Food should never be microwaved in plastic. After seeing this, we ate breakfast elsewhere.3. Tv had no internet connection on day 3 and 4.
