Exceptional

Liked: Rooms exceptionally clean & that's a BIG plus in my book. Also, offered a breakfast every morning, although I did not take advantage of. Hotel maids were very accommodating & thorough in their cleaning.
Disliked: Rowdy kids running thru lobby & running outside my room & playing on elevators, seems as though they were with one of front desk workers kids.

Did not stay due to...

Liked: Nothing ended up not staying at the property.
Disliked: I called the property on the day off stay and asked a question and the lady who answered the phone was one of the rudest ppl I have ever spoke to. I decided not to stay at location and moved on.

Liked: The room was very large and comfortable.
Disliked: Staff. No one manning front desk when trying to check in or checking out. Employee did show up after 5 min when checking in. Waited 10 min to check out and just left key cards. Breakfast bad/lacking. Ran out of eggs by 6:30am and no fresh fruit. Coffee not good.
