Disliked: We were given a disability room, which we did not request. The room was made for disability services and we could not use the shower.

Rude staff and roaches

Liked: The absolute only thing i liked about the property was the comfortable soft bed and the nice housekeeping lady.
Disliked: Never again will I stay at the hotel this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in Beaumont tx . They have Two very rude staff members that were there my first night , one of them was trying to dismiss my card option after she told me that they didn’t have tap , then I needed help with connecting my game to the WiFi and she all she did was say oh I have no idea how to do that and rushed me off the phone then I got some drinks from the shop and she mumbled something and gave me a price which was 4 dollars An hour later I went back down stairs got the same 2 drinks and her other rude co worker who was watching a movie very loudly at the desk as I was waiting for her to check me out charged me 6 dollars sooooo how’d the price change in 1 hour , she also had a I don’t wanna be here attitude with my bf but enough about the staff lets get in the room , as I was watching a movie started to see something crawl on the tv screen got up and it was baby roaches crawling on the tv and crawled on my gaming system then my bf saw and killed 3 baby roaches by the bed stand so it was a total of five roaches in my room and all through the night I heard scratching in the closet like maybe it was a mouse around, and on top of all this I go to sleep early my room was right in front of the pool area it was veryy loud between 8-10 pm , breakfast was very nasty eggs were wet and salty meat was like mystery meat , overall I give it a 3 out of 10 I was only given a partial refund for the roaches in my room which sucks because that very nasty and I didn’t pay 289.90 for a roach infested hotel but it is what it is , 3 outta 10 don’t recommend

Liked: Rooms exceptionally clean & that's a BIG plus in my book. Also, offered a breakfast every morning, although I did not take advantage of. Hotel maids were very accommodating & thorough in their cleaning.
Disliked: Rowdy kids running thru lobby & running outside my room & playing on elevators, seems as though they were with one of front desk workers kids.
