Liked: the room, breakfast and location were great!
Disliked: All services were good!

Liked: The suite was comfortable, however the heat was difficult to regulate, on Saturday when he set it at 70 it went up to 89 and we had to turn it off and open the balcony door.
Disliked: I am not trying to be a snob, but I was rather concerned about the homeless people wandering around the place and in the breakfast area. I understand that it is winter and you are providing a warm place for them but they should not be mingling with paying guests.

Liked: The staff were excellent! They were friendly, professional, personable, helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The hotel was a little rustic. We had to step out Iinto the cold to get to the kitchen or anywhere else. I thought the Lobby and all other areas would be "inside" the enclosure of the hotel. It was more like a motel. However, the view of the Ocean was excellent and the Staff made up for the lack of luxuries we didn't have. The rails to the balcony were rusty.

Liked: The Breakfast was absolutely great, A decent selection and fresh. I would stay again actually because your Breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel we've ever stayed at before. It was better than Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn that we stay at regularly. Thank you
Disliked: Some rust on frames of exterior doors from being by the sea. Understanding but needs a little paint.
