Liked: Easy access from Highway 15. Easy check in and out.
Disliked: Air conditioner resulted in a cold draft when on. Also had trouble controlling the thermostat. Need to get down early for breakfast.

Liked: The room and bed were comfortable. It was close to many dining options. The breakfast had a good variety of hit and cold items.

Okay, but not really recommended

Liked: Bed very comfortable. Breakfast okay, although very disappointing to see plastic cutlery and throwaway plates and bowls (no recycling). Location fine for onward journey.
Disliked: Unfriendly reception staff on arrival, very noisy room (trucks running refrigerated units all night). Bathroom very dated; would benefit from a deep clean.

Everything was fine untill it...

Liked: Clean, easy and comfortable. Everything as hoped.
Disliked: Round 9:00 o'clock at night a pounding on the walls started. Four or five times at first then much more aggressive, after 15 minutes or so the sound grew in intensity so now the pounding is long, sustained and terribly loud. After 30 minutes of this noise I called down to the office to be told that they knew of the noises but were waiting for police to arrive so they could stop it. 30 minutes later the sound has now become unbearable and freighting, it was like they were trying to drive the noise right through the wall and into my room. At this time (Now some 60 minutes after it started) I decide to call the front desk again only to be told that they were trying. Now more than an hour has elapsed and yet the pounding grew in sound when suddenly the phone in the room rings. Thinking it was the front desk giving me advice I picked it up and heard only a strange buzzing sound. At this time it felt like the wall in my room was going to cave in on me then suddenly again the room phone rings again. This time when I pick it up I hear a women scream, then nothing by now my heart is pounding so hard in my chest I was afraid I was (I am 64 years old) going to have a heart attack. Then silence filled the air, nothing for the rest of the night. In the morning when I went down to check out the staff said nothing, no you Okay? You sleep alright can we do anything to make up for your horrid night? Nothing. As I write this? still they have done nothing!

Disliked: The woman at the desk was rude when we checked in at 8 pm. We asked how much the room regularly sells for and she wouldn’t reply. Then she said oh, you booked through booking.com. We asked for a receipt and she wouldn’t give us one.
