Disliked: The hotel room doors closed very loudly. This is not a good thing for people coming in late at night or leaving early in the morning. Something should be put in the doors to make them close quietly.

Liked: Front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. Checkout was very easy.
Disliked: Rooms were not attended to by cleaning personnel. Beds were not made daily, bathroom was never cleaned. Kitchen staff (one particular member) was rude. He stood there and watched our children get bowls of dry cereal from the dispenser. When we couldn’t find milk we asked if he could provide some. He snappily replied that all of their milk was expired and they had none, and that we shouldn’t be getting cereal…

Disliked: Breakfast: could have been better. Scramble egg look like the wasn't cooked all the way or had a frozen look. Overall not much to choose from.
