For over $200/night, I expected...

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly. Location was good.
Disliked: Stains all over the floor. Room smelled like pee. Bathroom looks like it had been a spit shine remodel that failed. Mattress had massive dips in it.

The first night I was...

Liked: It's very clean and quiet you are around everything you need
Disliked: The morning staff with the gray dread she are very very nasty thinking it's cute and it's very ugly lied just to keep a tip poor thing I would have given her that ...but God don't doesn't like ugly so she she gotta deal with that ...I pray for her but I wasn't supposed to put a deposit down because I payed with my card and turned around and asked for a 250$ deposit that they kept because I had candles lite and blew them out before she I got ready to check out...but to her that was cigarette...but again I blessed you with that tip

Bug in bed staff didn’t...

Liked: The Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I found a bug on the bed took a photo and went to the front desk, the clerk said I could have brought it in from outside, I had not been out only down for breakfast. the desk clerk advised me that she could move me however we were leaving early morning and it was inconvenient to move I asked for a comp night, she said I booked thur Booking.com she would call her manager, the manger offered me 20.00 I told her no thank and that was an insult. I did send a text to booking.com earlier today! the hotel was not bad however finding a bug was on the middle of my made up bed was disturbing! I think some compensation would be a great jester. I’m in Spartanburg planning a wedding and I will be back and we also need a host hotel for the guest.

Excellent. Exceptional value.

Liked: It was run exceptionally well, with attention to detail. The breakfast was better than most that are included with stay. It didn't have that "worn around the edges" feel; it was very up-to-date and clean.
Disliked: It couldn't be helped, really, but turning out of the place onto the busy road during rush hour was a bit harrowing.
