okay, pillows were good bed...

Liked: Breakfast options were disappointing. I know there is an egg shortage so, I'll give you that, since the eggs tasted powdered. The Yogurt was limited. Would be good to have more fruit, yogurt and granola options. Hard to get protein out without eggs, perhaps protein bars.
Disliked: When I sat on end of bed it wanted to go down, because of split box spring. bad idea.the shower control was weird, hard to control temp.

Definetly a nice hotel for...

Liked: Very clean and nice big rooms
Disliked: The entrance to get in and the front desk staff. When we checked in then girl never hit off her chair.. didn’t tell us about breakfast times or where the elevators were.. we had to ask all the questions. When we checked out same thing, nobody asked how our stay was etc. the pillows are like squares so bring your own if you can… no smart TVs so didn’t like that we could not get any streaming stations..

Liked: Everything but I was in 218 and I thank the front desk for helping me
Disliked: My sofa was very dirty and I always stayed there when I attended my baby court dates and it was the mattress was very dirty for the first time

Again the staff was more...

Liked: The staff was wonderful
Disliked: The property itself was clean the rooms leave a lot to be desired our first room when we took our stuff in there was toilet paper still in the toilet hadn’t been flushed. There were bugs all over the floor. The bed was off the frame, and my granddaughter almost cut her foot so I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. The lady at the desk was more than happy to change our room we did we went downstairs because it was easier for my mother to walk rather than having to go all the way upstairs that room smelled like mold to the point where it was gagging
