While the staff and location...

Liked: Staff was very friendly. The gentleman at the front desk in the evenings was very personable and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Location was great and close to a lot of things we were looking for
Disliked: There was a massive cock roach in our room. I had a bug in my coffee acquired from the continental breakfast. Our toilet was clogged at one point and we were handed a plunger to fix it ourselves.

Liked: The few staff I met was nice and they switched our room without any issues because the room smelled worse than the rest of the hotel. Something had definitely either happened in that room or died in the walls.
Disliked: The hotel needs a major overhaul. The hotel smells disgusting and stale. The carpet looks original and it’s just nasty and way overdue to be replaced. Lukewarm shower at best, the only outlets by the beds were so loose, we couldn’t use them. If it wasn’t so late I would have left. This place cannot meet standard codes. The smell alone made me want to gag.

Liked: I thought breakfast was very nice it had a lot of variety ,everything was hot and full the breakfast area was always clean
Disliked: I didn't like the construction outside the hotel it was scary a few times when I was coming and leaving, also you can't see the sign for the hotel.

Horrible

Liked: This place wS so dirty and smelled so bad that we could not stay and advised the staff. We stayed for 30 mins and were not offered a refund. I would not reccommend
Disliked: Smell, mold, darkness
