Liked: Decent location.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned during our stay. Room had visible mold in restroom and smelled very moldy.

Disliked: rooms are some what old and smelly pool light not working wasn't able to go swimming after I paid good $$$

Liked: The breakfast was good. The lady working the breakfast station did a really good job keeping up with demand.
Disliked: When we arrived, we got our bathing suits on to go to the pool. When we get to the pool area, the door is locked & the lights are off. The lady at the front desk closed the pool right after we checked in. When I asked, she said she just closed it. I asked when does the pool close, & she said around 6-6:30pm. My kids were heartbroken. I told her the only reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. She told us it would open up at 7am. My husband went down later to ask if she would open the pool, because the sign says it is open until 10pm, but she would not. She said something about the weather, but it is an indoor pool. She told him the pool closes at 5:30 this time. We thought we'd stick it out & just let the kids swim in the morning after breakfast. When we did, the water was freezing. It may be an indoor pool, but it's not heated. The pool situation really ruined the whole trip. I'm still confused why the lady at the front desk closed the pool after we arrived & gave us arbitrary closing times when there are multiple signs saying it closes at 10pm.

The 1st room was filthy,...

Disliked: The 1st room was filthy, 2nd room was no better and finally got refunded and went to another hotel. Waited on front desk staff for awhile to show up. Bad service and very unclean.

Waste of money

Disliked: Room smelled musty and moldy. Dusty,Dirty ,stained bedding. Sleeper sofa filthy. Stains on walls and ceilings. Went to turn on the AC and adjust the temperature and the front of the unit fell off. Deadbolt on the door was broken . Mold on the bathroom door. Pool closed . Not easy to get in and out of .Overall, disgusting and way overpriced. We checked out early.

Liked: The location is great it’s located by all the food place and convenient stores however
Disliked: A huge mice was in my room, there were also roaches, stains on linen, not clean at all. Dust and trash under the bed. Notified the facility managers only for them to tell me to check out. After a fuss I finally got a refund. Highly would not recommend. Breakfast was terrible everything was watery. I still can’t get over the fact that my husband and I had to fight off a mouse.

Disliked: Website is VERY MISLEADING! After traveling 9+ hours with 2 kids, we wanted to relax in the hot tub. Your website clearly had a hot tub picture. Upon arrival, front desk said it’s no longer there—after we already paid. Had we not paid, we would have left and stayed at another hotel. The pop/candy WAY TO EXPENSIVE!! The hideaway bed—NO BEDDING!Spiders crawling in sink.
