Comfort Suites At Rivergate Mall, Goodlettsville

Not pleased.

Liked: Decent location.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned during our stay. Room had visible mold in restroom and smelled very moldy.

Overall, it was really nice....

Liked: Location and was clean and also enjoyed the hot tub and the complementary breakfast and also really enjoyed the hot tub. My only complaint was the bed was just a bit uncomfortable, but not terribly bad

Liked: Location proximity to my appointment.
Disliked: Noisy air unit. Difficulty getting receipt that I forgot when I checked out. Old style low toilet.

Liked: Paul the front desk person was very nice. The breakfast we liked also.

Liked: I loved that the property was super clean from the moment we walked in to the room itself. CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/10 would recommend even with the shift switch with different employees it is always a big thing for me when it comes to to my reviews. easy peasy check in-check out. Had no problems what so ever.
Disliked: I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOOKING FORWARD TO THE BREAKFAST AT ALL 0-10 JUST GO BUY BREAKFAST THATS THE ONLY PROBLEM I RAN ACROSS AT THIS HOTEL

Not the best experience I’ve...

Liked: Clean room and some of the staff were exceptional
Disliked: I reported to the night clerk the elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. She said a couple of people went in the elevator after being outside. ( made no sense to me) She then said she would spray. I had to come back to the desk to inform them of no phone service. The elevator was very slick from the spray. I told her this so no one would slip and injure themselves. The clerk informed me that I couldn’t have it both ways and in a huff she said she would put the sign out that said the floor was wet. A mop would have resolved the issue’s. I told the manager and he said he would talk with her. The following night she was much better, but the next morning the floor was again very slick from the spray with no signs. I will not visit this establishment again unless it’s the only one available.
