Disliked: Only complaint was we couldn't get a table in the dining area for quite a while.

Liked: Mattress , sheets , pillows were really comfy :) Nice selection of breakfast items including make-your-own waffles . Room , pool, and surrounding areas were clean. Love the later check-out time of 11:00.
Disliked: The drapes in the room are designed to cover only the sides of the window , so the center is covered only with sheers. Prefer full coverage for privacy and blocking out the morning sun . We were on the first floor .

Disliked: Upon checking in the inexperienced staff couldn't give any restaurant recommendations or shopping recommendations. They gave no information about what the hotel had to offer even though I said I was unfamiliar with the area and with the hotel and asked for some guidance. Parking in the back of the parking lot late at night after my meetings was unsettling. I was here for four nights and none of the staff mentioned that there was another door I could enter into from the back of the parking lot until my last night here. The back of the parking lot was very dark and the door had no sign indicating you could enter there. It was raining two of the nights and I walked in the rain clear around the building to get to the front door. I am a woman traveling alone. So while the room size was nice and the bed very comfortable It didn't feel welcoming and professional.

Liked: cleanliness, quiet and staff. Facilities family friendly.I travelled with family and kids loves our stay though its short but will definitely stay next time we visit the area.Breakfast was good we enjoyed it. They have pool laundry area and gym room.

Liked: The room was huge!

Liked: For the most part it was quiet except for the couple in the room next to mine.
Disliked: Too expensive for the lack of some cleanliness problems. For instance the carpets need to be clean and the curtains could have had a few new hooks put in them so they weren’t half hanging down.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the kids loved the pool. The bistro was amazing and decently priced and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The price was a little higher than expected and the breakfast could have been better you could tell the gravy came out of a can.
