Pleasurable experience

Liked: I liked the Bar/Restaurant is so close. The breakfast was different each day and many options for the children. The pool area is great ,with a pool, hot tub and kiddie pool.

Bad

Disliked: We had 7 to 10 kids in the hallway playing hockey and when I called the front desk nothing was done about it. Not very happy that we had to listen to all that so late at night and all night. Very unpleasant stay and I would like to be compensated for something. Not the 1st time this happened here. Happened last year as well.

Disliked: The hot tub was colder than the pool. And the 3 times I went to the front desk with questions there was no one around. I ended up calling the hotel and got an answer.
