Liked: continental breakfast was good and the room was nicely sized
Disliked: the toilet kept getting backed up and the shower pressure kept going out and I had to get my key reset every other use...very inconvenient

Beside the nice young man...

Liked: Nothing really. Over priced. Room was changed once due to not clean. Second room smelled bad smelled like onion or BO. Disappointing. Over charged for an additional 2 days.front desk was accommodating and kind. It was cleared up on their end instead of me being told to make calls to clear it up.
Disliked: Nothing. Obvious flooding near pool. Paid the same to stay there as the Marriott. Which is Marriott is obviously nicer.

At home and safe atmosphere;...

Liked: The hotel was decorated so cute for Halloween and the outside area is just absolutely beautiful. You can sit and relax at tables or by a fireplace. Walking in the lobby was clean and organized and my kids said they felt at home and safe. Huge plus for me! Staff was absolutely wonderful! Excellent customer service.
Disliked: There is nothing i didn't like. The tub stopped up a little when we showered but that is literally the only thing I could nit pick about.

Liked: The location was amazing and the employees were kind.
Disliked: The bathroom had stains and old tissue paper on the floor.

Would recommend hotel as safe...

Disliked: Breakfast was a little boring, but understandable with little to work with.
