Disliked: I didn’t like that the cable box IR sensor was located behind the TV set, therefore, couldn’t use the remote. I had a troubleshoot, the problem myself.

Disliked: There was someone who cancelled my booking.com reservation because they said the credit card was wrong. I had to pay twice for the same room. I want a refund.

Helpful staff, clean hotel, comfortable...

Liked: We evacuated from the hurricane and found the hotel to be clean and the rooms were big and comfortable. It is located in a safe and convenient location close to restaurants, stores and parks. A good hot breakfast. All the staff were very helpful. The breakfast attendant did an excellent job handling the busy mornings full of evacuated families.
Disliked: With a full house parking was tight.

Liked: Very clean and the staff was amazing. Pet friendly and free breakfast. The rooms smelled fresh and we had a great time. We evacuated from the hurricane and came to this location. So glad we found this place. A life saver. Free coffee all day as well :)
Disliked: No complaints
