The hotel could use a few upgrades but must say the breakfast was awesome. Treat your staff well, they work hard. Pretty close to the Riverwalk.

Liked: Loved the breakfast and the staff. I would like to mention an employee Georgia Rios who met me every morning with such a friendly and warm disposition. This employee should be recognized and given a huge pat on the back. She had a huge breakfast, ready to be eaten by 6:30 and kept the food stocked and also the area spotless. Thank you!
Disliked: Did not complain but my bedding was not clean. It must not have been changed as there was a yellow stain at the bottom of the white top comforter which I promptly folded off the bed. Bathroom tub wasn't very clean either. Had to call for toilet paper and also had to call for clean towels.

Liked: I have stayed in many comfort inn this was by far the dirtiest and run down of them all. The breakfast was not worth going down for.
Disliked: It needs a complete refurbish. Very run down.

Disliked: Check in states it’s at 3pm. Our rooms were not ready at 3pm we had to wait 40 minutes more after 3pm for our rooms.

Liked: Wallpaper was peeling off the walls , the carpet was stained in several spots, the hairdryer plug was broken, the charger connections were not working on the nightstand lamp, the shower had mold, pillows were in bad shape, the only good things about this hotel was the breakfast and the staff. They're just working with what they got honestly. I don't understand why we had to pay for parking either.

Disliked: Unfriendly staff rom was not cleaned had t be moved and all our food was discarded because of bugs and woke up to being covered in ants inside the beds

Liked: The bed was comfortable. it had a fridge and a microwave, and a hot tub. breakfast was OK but not great. it was a neat looking hotel and curb. Appeal was nice. The cookies were a nice touch and we’re good.
Disliked: mold and mildew in the room and the bathtub, and the rooms were very dimly lit with very little light. The pool was told that it was heated and it was not. It was very, very cold. We did not know that we had to pay for parking. The room was damp the whole time that we were there. we were led to believe that it was close to the Riverwalk, and it wasn’t too far however we had to walk under a bridge underpass with a bunch of homeless people which was uncomfortable and felt unsafe.
