The hotel could use a few upgrades but must say the breakfast was awesome. Treat your staff well, they work hard. Pretty close to the Riverwalk.

Liked: Loved the breakfast and the staff. I would like to mention an employee Georgia Rios who met me every morning with such a friendly and warm disposition. This employee should be recognized and given a huge pat on the back. She had a huge breakfast, ready to be eaten by 6:30 and kept the food stocked and also the area spotless. Thank you!
Disliked: Did not complain but my bedding was not clean. It must not have been changed as there was a yellow stain at the bottom of the white top comforter which I promptly folded off the bed. Bathroom tub wasn't very clean either. Had to call for toilet paper and also had to call for clean towels.

Gross and needs to be...

Liked: BED BUGS!! Me and my 4 month old were bitten by bed bugs and I have photos to prove. The breakfast & staff was great but everything else was awful. Our room was dirty upon arrival the microwave I cleaned myself and every surface of our room was smeared. I should have listened to the reviews and not just gone off the photos.
Disliked: BED BUGS!! My 4 month old son and I got bed bugs. We stayed in room 521. Upset is an understatement.
