Liked: I slept well. The bed was comforable.
Disliked: First... I was overcharged! I was charged twice for my stay. When I decided o leave and go elsewhere, I was charged an additional $73 early departure fee. I'm still waiting for them to return 283 to one of my accounts. What a huge rip off!!!

Very disappointed with this hotel.

Liked: The bed was confortable.
Disliked: But I just like most about the property is there FALSE ADVERTISING!! . They advertise that they have a pool and Jacuzzi, both of them are non-usable and have been for over a year according to other people commenting. The reason we chose that hotel was because of the swimming and Jacuzzi options for our children. Since we booked through booking, they were unable to refund our money. Also, the hotel was dirty and the staff was unfriendly when questioned about the pool, which looked very functionable, just closed.

Liked: It is fair price and the room was clean.
Disliked: Staff ignored us. taking care only after their cell phone calls. Would not even say hello. Food bad, walls very thin. I could hear the words of neighbor, at voice level. Garages outside full not empties for our stay; even the one at entrance.
