Everything was good. Great hotel.

Liked: Nice.

The hotel is clean but is in need of some repairs. The bathroom is very dated and had paint peeling. I do have to say it was thoroughly clean and spacious. Dogs are allowed which is why I booked this hotel. Bed was comfortable.

Liked: The grounds and rooms were very clean and it was affordable.
Disliked: We had a room right next to the back entrance. All night there was a lot of in and out, in and out, causing a lack of sleep.

Disliked: Waiting in line to register with an already paid and confirmed reservation. Paying to park.

Disappointing stay.

Liked: Close to venue.
Disliked: Very slow checkin process. Only 1 working ice machine for entire hotel. Room did not have a tv remote and when I called the front desk they said it quit working the day before and did not have one to give us. So no tv entire time. I was not told this when I checked in. Room key didn’t work on Sunday morning and housekeeping had to let us back into our room.

Disliked: We were told we would have a hotel shuttle to get to the Airport, But there was none available when we arrived! We had to pay for our own airport Long Term parking which was almost twice the price - $144. ! We will never stay there again!!! The staff acted totally uninterested in our situation; plus we had to pay a $50. Deposit on the room - we do not smoke or have a pet; we are elderly - 76 & 82; what damage did they think 2 old people would be doing coming in late and leaving in the morning. Plus, We paid $8. for our Overnight parking as a Guest of this Hotel! We have Never had to do that at other hotels unless in a large downtown city.
