Liked: I had to kill two cockroaches in my room and when I called down to the front desk to see if they had any bug spray, nobody showed up at my room with anything

Liked: I had the room booked till Friday. I wanted to checkout on Thursday night due to an emergency. But, the staff didn’t allow me to. She said since, I had the room till Friday, I should check out on Friday. So, Friday I had to drive like 50 miles just to come back again and check out the room. That was ridiculous.

Liked: Nice and clean. Good breakfast.Nice staff.
Disliked: Every pool chair broken. Hot tub broken and covered with wood. Carpet very worn. Just all and all showing signs of wear. In desperate need of update.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Pool was ice cold and dirty. Hot tub was not working and boards were on the floor covering it. Pool chairs were ALL ripped up as well.
