Disappointing

Liked: Room was quiet .
Disliked: Breakfast was a mess and not stocked at all. Shuttle services were messy and took way to long.

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Room was clean.
Disliked: There was a horrible carpet glue smell that they were not the least bit concerned about. The kids developed a cough while we stayed there and they attempted to move us to a different room but it was our last night there and moving myself and 3 kiddos made no sense late at night. They told us to prop open our windows and the smell "is just paint" and the carbon monoxide thing would go off if need be... It was ridiculous. Paint and carpet glue are 2 very different smells and he tried to say "its just paint."The whole place is dated and the employees are not the friendliest.

Disliked: Pillows were tiny and lumpy. Breakfast was just ok.

Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Room was great, bed was comfy and they booked the shuttle for the next day. We we left with no luggage and the front staff provided essential toiletries to get us through the night.
Disliked: The breakfast was not appetizing. We had to wait for food since they ran out. And had to ask for a yogurt since fridge was empty.
