Disliked: I couldn’t sleep well there was a constant siren noise from somewhere in the hallway that lasted for hours while I was napping

Nice room. Nice breakfast.

Disliked: Initially I booked on booking.com for a jacuzzi suite. It was listed as a bathtub on the site under the room so that’s what I reserved. When I called they said it was a handicapped room. So we cancelled it. She reserved the jacuzzi tub suite and it was $40 more than the site but I really wanted the room so I reserved it. Get to the hotel and they’ve cancelled the room. No reason. Because I called the day before to make certain I still had a reservation because I didn’t receive an email confirmation. The front desk clerk had to go check the room to make sure no one was in it before she checked me in. I was pretty upset about that because what if someone was in the room that I KNOW I reserved. The overall stay was nice but they do need to have someone there in the day time that can understand English a little better. I’m not trying to be rude at all but the lady had a hard time understanding me and likewise. But nice hotel. If I ever need a jacuzzi room, I will book straight from the comfort suites site so that I can get correct confirmation. Thank you.
