Liked: The front desk tried to help us find a decent room.
Disliked: Our first room was locked from the inside, and then the second room they moved us to there was a strong odor of sewage and body odor. The last room they moved us to was decent but had a lot of noticeable patchwork that didn't match.

The manager is the rudest...

Liked: The rooms were very clean and modern
Disliked: The manager is the rudest woman I have ever encountered. We checked in with 3 service dogs (2 rooms, 2 dogs in one and 1 in the other) paid security deposit as required and we were gone from the room between 5am and 11pm every day. The dogs came with us to the Taylor Expo Horse Center for our horse show we were in town for. Upon check out the manager at the desk professed to tell me she wasn’t refunding my deposit because she received a complaint about our dogs barking. I asked her to please provide the time and day of the allegation and she refused/ couldn’t produce such notes on when and the time. It turns out that she made the story up because eventually she told me a time and we weren’t even in the room between those hours given to us. Secondly they are service dogs and her staff upon check in asked us for identification for the dogs which is against state law. Service dogs do not need to provide identification and nor is it legal to ask for it. We have passed on these serious allegations to the State of Texas and the Hotel Owners Association as well as local media and our attorney for further action we have video footage of the entire encounter with her. I would never ever recommend staying here again.

Disappointing

Liked: Only good thing is in the room I booked it didn’t have black mold like it did in my father in laws room.
Disliked: The room was disgusting. There was stuff that looked like throw up on the wall. Great people at the front desk but the room just so nasty.

Exceptional

Liked: Very cozy feeling and the staff was excellent!
