Liked: Staff friendly, property clean.
Disliked: Musty smell in the room, no lighting in the shower itself (wife has vision issues). Breakfast was severely lacking. Pool is closed but has been closed on previous visits as well. Pillows so firm woke up with headache.

Disliked: Paid for a king bed room and when I got there was told there were no rooms with a king available so I was given 2 queens instead and told "I figured you still need a room do that would work" If I wanted 2 queens, that's what I would have reserved

Disliked: water was leaking from roof soon as u walked in the hotel. the a/c quit working and was 88 degree in room and did not fix it and i couldnt sleep and didnt not refund any money. and pool was down

Disliked: The fact that my credit card was hacked by a desk clerk is at the top of things I didnt like. TV sound sucked too .

Liked: Good location, comfortable beds, easy access

Liked: Nothing. Absolutely terrible.
Disliked: Pool closed and has been for a year. Awful guests greeted us in their towels. Staff was drinking behind the desk when we arrived.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable and staff was beyond excellent and helpful
Disliked: The pool was closed and didn't find out till we got there and washing machine out of order

Liked: Hotel room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was handy to Highway and shops/restaurants.
Disliked: My room had a lockout door and the person in the adjacent room had the TV on so loud I could not sleep. At 2:45 AM I called the front desk and was very pleased that they took care of it. This was more a case of a discourteous guest than the hotels fault

Liked: The staff by far, room and hotel clean.
Disliked: Ac didn't work well, pool closed and could not find anything stating that on the site. Elevator sound like it's going to break.
