Liked: The staff were kind especially Germaine on front desk went above & beyond to help me locate the motel. It was dark, I was completely lost & he stayed on the phone & talked me right into the parking lot. I wasn't far & probably passed it several times. I am an Elder, was tired & incredibly stressed out. He is an amazing person and representative for your company.
Disliked: There were several things, the iron hanging on the wall right outside the bath almost ran into several times. The light switches to turn on lights weird setup. You couldn't raise the blind to see outside, never stayed in a hotel with that issue seemed odd. Handicap bath very bad, water went all over the floor when you showered, no place to lay soap or shampoo. No towel holder close to the bath though it would have gotten wet due to the set up. Just an overall odd set-up for the entire room.
