Disliked: It took 5 seconds to take my deposit yet I have to wait days for a refund. If that was the case they could have just taken cash, which they don’t do! It’s ridiculous.

Disliked: Would have never booked here had I realized it was a Choice Hotel. The carpet was not clean, towels stained and the breakfast was horrible. The toilet handle had to be adjusted to refill. No do not disturb hanger, had to ask for one. Asked for extra towels and the one recieved had black hair all over. The light around the bathroom mirror did not work, so lighting was bad. The only nice person was the guy working at check in. Had to tell the last lady working to learn to smile. Never again at a Choice Hotel.
