Horrible customer service and rude...

Liked: The staff here are incredibly rude. We had an issue where we needed our bedding changed and the front desk staff stated they would put in a request for housekeeping to come the following day. When the cleaning staff did not arrive the following day, we spoke again with the front desk staff and were told that the request was never submitted, and we should “suck it up”. The employee, Kim, was rude, gave attitude, and did nothing to remedy the situation. When we went to check out of the hotel, the front desk employee ( a different one) asked if we were checking out and when we said yes, just stared at us like we had 15 heads while he sat on a chair in the room and refused to get up to do anything. He then rudely asked us “ what? Is there something you need? Do you need a receipt?” We asked if there was a process for checking out ( most hotels do) and he again rudely stated “ just put the room key in the box”. At the very least, the hotel manager needs to retrain staff on hospitality and customer service. It is disgusting and completely unacceptable how we were treated by the staff.
