Great place, polite but untrained/compitent...
Liked: Very nice facility, easy access to the freeway.
Disliked: The rooms were prearranged for our staff to check in. Individual names were given, confirmed that everything would be set for them to check in, credit card authorization submitted so it should be a hassle free experience. After 27 minutes, my staff was finally given keys to their rooms. They had a long day, and it made for an even later night. Very frustrating to know that What seems to be a simple request, and was clearly confirmed by the staff when the request/name/payments were made, did not happen and it was extra stress for my team.

NO RUNNING WATER...BAD
Disliked: There was NO RUNNING WATER!!! WANT A REFUND...WE TRAVELED TO THIS STAY FOR A FUNERAL...EMBARRASSING THAT WE COULDNT SHOWER ETC ETC.

Still great sleep not a...
Liked: I love this hotel. Home away from home when I have to come downstate. The beds are so comfortable and great sleep.
Disliked: I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had hair on the sink and counter that look like someone trimmed their beard only one coffee cup, and when I pulled out the chair the next morning to sit in it, there was salt and pepper debris and wrappers on the chair. Made me wonder how clean the room actually was.
