Comfortable room but it's not...

Liked: Clean room, comfy beds, even the rollaway bed was nice. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice as well.
Disliked: The room we booked was not available at this location. Staff made up for this somewhat and helped us by getting us a rollaway bed to replace the sofabed we had expected to have.

Dissapointing

Liked: The location was convenient to where we needed to be. The actual hotel room nice and clean.
Disliked: Hotel was overrun with kids that had trashed the pool an fitness area. Puddles of water on equipment in the fitness room as well as equipment covered in wet towels and trash on the floor. Pool had trash around pool and wrappers floating in the water. Kids jumping on the floor upstairs until late at night, took contacting the front desk several times for it to be resolved.
