Disliked: Not being able to enter the pool on our own. Needing to wait for a staff member to fob us in was not convenient. There also appears to be a ring (film/dirt) on the tiles of the pool…..just above the water. The pool temp was perfect!When checking in I thought it would be quicker as I was the only one checking in at the time. The front desk staff were lovely though.

Disliked: You have to ask the staff to let you in the pool every time. They did not have lactose free cream. And could not provide a cot because housekeeping had left for the day

Disliked: Breakfast was so so? The coffee was not hot, the eggs,potatoes and meat was cool to cold. No fruit two mornings and it was hard to find a clean table to sit at. We found the hotel is getting dirty, the bathroom did not have a fan and lighting was minimal? You Asked
