Liked: Comfortable bed, pleasant staff, close to job
Disliked: No hot water in shower. Warm water was best I could get in the bathroom sink. Minimal television channels.

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check in, the manager had no idea the worker had not shown up for their shift. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the water in the shower did not get very warm. Breakfast was mediocre

Disliked: I didn’t like how my door key kept failing to unlock the door due to it connecting to my Bluetooth in my car.

Excellent

Liked: We found this hotel as a stop for the night while traveling across the country. What a relief to find a very clean, quiet hotel with a warm welcome from the staff at the desk. Is this a destination for vacation? I have no idea, but it sure was a comfy place to rest before heading back to the interstate!

Exceptional

Good

Liked: The breakfast was acceptable, and the location was good, there were gas stations, supermarkets, and some restaurants nearly, quite convenient for travellers.
Disliked: you had to walk out to the lobby to get coffee for breakfast, and the coffee was just warm. and same for water. There were just ice in the water bottle, no one there to fill up water. too bad.By the way, the bed was so high up, I don't recommend bringing little kids to stay in the hotel.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Outside landscaping was very unkempt. Building and parking lots need repairs.There was a power outage for a few minutes but the TV would not come back on. We tried to call the front desk but there was no answer. I went down to the front desk and finally got a hold of the clerk and she did not know what to do. She made a couple of phone calls and had to come up to our room. She tried to correct the issue and after a couple of phone calls she was able to restore partial service to the tv.The safety latch for the door to our room was broken.
