Liked: Didn't have breakfast there.Newer tv with better picture and channels except no CP24 STATION
Disliked: Rooms need upgrading like painting especially bathroom.Rug was badly frayed by bathroom door.Clerk asked if I wanted towels changed for the next morning ...said sure...and wasn't done for me for

Liked: The property was great, good rooms with a decent amount of space. DQ and Tim’s were within walking distance so it was convenient.The man that greeted us and checked us out was very friendly and accommodating. He provided us with a fan to try to block the noise from hockey kids treating the property like a play house. He probably doesn’t get paid enough for babysitting 20 children.
Disliked: They had a hockey team staying there and the kids were running in the halls for literally hours until 11:30pm. Staff didn’t do much about it. The kids were throwing water bottles at the walls. Inside our room the shower glass hadn’t been cleaned—J+J was written with a heart on the glass when we were showering and it got steamy. You could tell the room hadn’t been deep cleaned. GROSS.We ran out of Kleenex and toilet paper on the morning of our last stay, so they hadn’t restocked before our visit. The hotel didn’t offer a discount for the disturbances or for the dirty room. Disappointing. After paying nearly $500 for two nights, I doubt we’ll ever stay at a Comfort Inn again. Overall 2/10 rating. At least the man that greeted us was friendly and helpful.
