Liked: Your staff was so compassionate to help us during a very difficult time as we lost our loved one unexpectedly when we got to Boise. Betsy and Sue shared hugs and prayers for us and we were gifted with two additional nights when we had to extend our stay. This kind of care doesn’t come along often. It says a lot about your hotel and how they value their customers and treat them like family. Thank you for this.

I will always stay here...
Liked: This is my number one prefered hotel in the entire US. The staff is always great, the rooms are comfortable, the place is super easy to find off the highway. Also, the rate is always comparable or better than surrounding properties.
Disliked: Noticed that the room needed the ceilings cleaned...bugs caught in cobwebs. Nothing that can't be taken care of quickly and easily

Not good, very disappointing.
Liked: Breakfast was GREAT! Beds were comfortable. For being next to an airport and freeway, it was fairly quiet, until noisy people came in.
Disliked: Wifi sucked, dropped out every couple of minutes for several minutes. The refrigerator froze all of our food. We lost a bunch of fresh vegetables due to this. The pictures of the pool online are very misleading as the pool is very small. The hot tub wasn't near warm enough and was more like pool water. Some people came in late yelling in the hallways with a yappy, barking dog. They repeated this action early the next morning. The toilets are way too short and should be ADA height. We requested a room near a door for easy access due to disability, but the closest door was exit only due to the card reader being broken. Card reader has been broken long enough that they already had a printed sign regarding such. When I requested a room on the ground floor due to disability and difficulty with stairs, no mention was made of them having an elevator. Many of their charging ports don't work. The phone didn't work at first until we switched the plug. We expected better from a three-star hotel. We have to go back to that area in January, but will not be staying there again.
