Liked: Nice place and great service but there was too much Febreeze!!! It caused breathing and coughing problems for us and we couldn't stay inside except to sleep.

Liked: Liked: The staff was infrequently seen, but when you did encounter them they were always helpful, professional, and consistent.Disliked: I thought it odd that the door to the pool was duct taped so it would not latch/lock appropriately and the door leading from the pool to the outside space was similarly duct taped.Liked: The convenience of the location. You are close to a little bit of everything (clothing, grocer, pharmacy, medical, entertainment, and a myriad of food options

Liked: This was our second stay. We like the location and convenience to restaurants, etc.
Disliked: The staff was not prepared for the tornado Warning. The night clerk had to call the manager at home to get permission to open up a room for the guests to go to. The one they made available was a meeting room which had large GLASS windows along one wall! By the time they made this poor decision, the tornado waring had ended. The warning lasted 30 minutes. My family went to the stairwell , remaining there the whole time. The staff never gave anyone any instructions.The breakfast was a little disappointing. The eggs were the standard instant tasteless ones. The bacon was PAPER thin and tasteless. There was no brown sugar for the oatmeal, only cinnamon. No biscuits, only toast. Gravy, grits and sausage would have made a big difference. The breakfast ended too early, 9:00 a.m.....'should've been at least 10:00.I had really been looking forward to staying there again, but 'was somewhat disappointed, especially considering what we paid.

Disliked: We’re told the elevator was not working, and only available rooms on the 3rd floor. Had to carry luggage 3 flights of steps. Was giving room right next to stairwell, not realizing later all we could hear was other guest coming up and down the steps with the door slamming closed while trying to sleep.
