one lucky stay!

Liked: wonderful stay in aztec.finally have some local policies in place .very quite and clean rooms this time . no emergency alarm buzz at night, great breakfast. guy who checked me in was there early in the morning helping the breakfast guy.food kept on roiling non-stop for 2 hours. i just watched and admired how it was all under control. it was a full house i guss . i had a very blessed stay.

Liked: i booked a room in farmington ,but the moment i entered the room it was all smoke smell .i managed to book here .was amazed! rooms were very quite and clean. great breakfast .front desk was great .max was great at breakfast.awesome stay

Only game in town but...

Liked: Rooms were ok. Breakfast not so good.
Disliked: Was charged an extra $100 that I am having difficulty getting refunded. Owner who works the front desk is not to be trusted. I would stay somewhere else like Bloomfield if I were to come back to the area.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had a staff member walk into our room when my girlfriend was in their alone, used the bathroom with the door open, turned the lights on, walked to the corner of the room, looked at her and walked out. When I called to make a complaint and try to get a refund for the awful behavior, I was yelled at on the phone, called a liar, was told that none of their employees would ever do that, and they told me there was no way they would ever give me my money back ans hung the phone up on me. This is a danger to other guests, inappropriate, unacceptable, and they were very rude about the situation. I will never stay they again.
