Only game in town but...

Liked: Rooms were ok. Breakfast not so good.
Disliked: Was charged an extra $100 that I am having difficulty getting refunded. Owner who works the front desk is not to be trusted. I would stay somewhere else like Bloomfield if I were to come back to the area.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had a staff member walk into our room when my girlfriend was in their alone, used the bathroom with the door open, turned the lights on, walked to the corner of the room, looked at her and walked out. When I called to make a complaint and try to get a refund for the awful behavior, I was yelled at on the phone, called a liar, was told that none of their employees would ever do that, and they told me there was no way they would ever give me my money back ans hung the phone up on me. This is a danger to other guests, inappropriate, unacceptable, and they were very rude about the situation. I will never stay they again.
