Stay for a family emergency

Liked: Beds were comfy
Disliked: Hot tub was not working

Comfortable stay. Would come again.

Liked: Pool, hot tub were great entertainment for our 3 year old.
Disliked: We are gluten intolerant and asked if the staff member knew if gluten was in the sausage patty at breakfast. They didn’t know. Would have been helpful if they could have offered to go and asked the chef/cook for us.

The pool and hot tub...

Liked: The location for breakfast was good and the facility was good. The food was okay. We only had breakfast the one morning as we would rather go out to a restaurant. I like how fruit was provided.
Disliked: The juice... the "bread" items could have been better.

Disappointing

Disliked: They had no TV service the entire duration of our stay. They did not inform of this upon out arrival and then when we comforted them with the lack of service they told us that Roger's did not work on the weekend so they could not get a technician out until Monday. Monday came around and still no service. They did credit us 20% of our stay which was appreciated but we still felt put out. Also, the cleanliness could have been a lot better. The main hall womans bathroom was completely disgusting.

Liked: The location is great. Short drive to downtown and beaches and nice walking trails. Breakfast had fairly good variety and was kept stalked. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There could have been more of a variety of cereal.
