Disliked: the main reason we booked here was for the pool and it was bing repaired and no offers to to give voucher for dining or other pools nearby was a big disappointment

Liked: Large bathroom. Breakfast included.
Disliked: Smell. Couldn't adjust the temp at night.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Glass and metal surfaces could have been cleaner. Such as elevator doors. More salt to treat icy surfaces near main entrance. And, let's use Canadian spelling on signage. It's "Business Centre", not "Business Center".

Liked: Location is good. Short drive to anywhere in Kincardine. The breakfast was good. Nice assortment of choices.

Liked: The comfortable bed.
Disliked: Got a room with a suite, unfortunately when I went to pull out the bed, the sheets were balled all up in the bed, wasn't sure if it was clean or dirty. The mattress was stained and very uncomfortable looking. The smoke detector was going off randomly.

Liked: Close to the arena we needed to go to
Disliked: Are room smelled like smoke, bathroom smelled like marijuana. Pool was not working. No discount. Given. Found hair in the beds. Pull out sofa was broken. Blinds didn’t cover the whole window. Let in the parking lot light all night.

I’ll be coming back

Liked: Location proximity to office with fitness centre and mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very clean and quiet.
Disliked: Would have loved to be able to open a window.
