Unsanitary, unsafe, uncomfortable.

Liked: The staff refused to give me a room because I have a service dog with me and motel policy is “pets” must be on the first floor and their first floor was full so they refused to give me a room. I reminded them several times that federal ADA law protects both me and my service dog and they cannot refuse me as a business. It took him to call his supervisor and the supervisor said yes give us a room on the second floor after a fight. Also, when I entered the one elevator, there was blood on the floor. During the night neighboring guests were screaming, fighting pounding on the walls and slamming doors. I felt extremely unsafe when I asked to be released for my second night at the motel, they refused. They told me that the paperwork involved and having to refund me the night that I paid for via booking.com would just be too difficult for them. So I packed up my things and I left to a safer place and they took my money for the second night

Very good

Liked: There was little breakfast left at 8:30 AM. Coffee was cold and a guest was feeding their dog from one of the breakfast bowls. We had breakfast, elsewhere.Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The traffic noise was understandable and the blackout shades were most helpful. The counter staff were very nice and welcoming. We would stay there again.
