Liked: Tv didn't work ice maker didn't work loved the room good size lady said they were having problems

Disliked: Absolutely no television available. Not even smart tv to connect your phone. Not just for a few hrs, but the entirety of our stay! Couldn’t fully enjoy the pool, the heater was broke. No compensation was offered for not being able to enjoy… anything about our stay

Liked: Good staff, friendly, overall room not bad.
Disliked: Shower didn’t get hot and the shower sounded like someone screaming the entire time you took a shower.
