Terrible front desk will charge...

Disliked: I had 3 additional 100 dollar charges to my card. I approved one upon checking in. Next morning 9am go talk with front desk she says nothing she can do with a smile on her face. Asked her to call a manager she says it’s too early. It’s now 3 days later and still waiting charges to fall off. Very unprofessional at the front desk. I will not be staying there again
