From the moment I walked into my room I was choking on stale cigarette smell. I double checked that it was in fact a non smoking room, but everything smelled of it. There were also several ashtrays in the room, which should be pointless in a NON smoking room. When I got home and emptied my overnight bags, my clothes just reeked of cigarettes.

Liked: Location; nice remodel.
Disliked: Non-smoking" room reeked of cigarettes and there were ashtrays in my room; no towels in the bathroom.

Liked: Clean room; friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: The front desk clerk acts like she was only there for a paycheck. Kids were fighting/play boxing in the pool and chased everyone aout and when the issue was brought to the front desk all she said was well I can ask the maintenance man to ask them to calm down but I cant do anything else. Everyone had to leave the pool and our experience was ruined because the main hotel clerk acted like it was not her problem and someone else should fix the problem. The clerk also said the maintenance man would come and he never did. I will never stay at this hotel again when we come in from out of town.

Disliked: Our first room had bed bugs and breakfast the next morning nothing was stocked or clean. The only thing really available was waffles and cereal and a splash of juice and this was before 8am. I was hoping to have a nice meal before hitting the road.

Horrible experience

Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: The bedrooms were disgusting, we had to change rooms due to a problem with the sink, where the water wouldn't drain properly, leaving stagnant water after brushing our teeth (and also smelled horrible). At the second bedroom I found a gum and a nail on the floor. Also the swimming pool was not working and my kid wanted to go. Finally, the last day we left a speaker in the bedroom and when we came back to take it (after 1 hour) the speaker was gone. Somebody took it and they won’t tell us anything
